Correlation and spectral analysis of microcirculatory changes in symmetric areas of human head in short-term hypoxic exposure

Purpose. To study the effect of short-term hypoxic exposure on correlation between microcirculatory parameters (MCR) symmetric areas human head. Materials and methods. MCR 10 healthy male volunteer were measured by laser Doppler flowmetry method. Short-term was produced according to test method using ReOxy Cardio unit (S. A. Aimediq). We assessed perfusion metrics left right interest, neurogenic, myogenic, respiratory cardiac contributors vascular tone correlations baseline after exposure. Results. revealed specificity regional circulation system rearranging induced load. The is caused functional asymmetry different in symmetrical head areas. Strong declining under loads left/right found. changes temporal correlate negatively with both same opposite side. Conclusion. load rearranges balance regulatory role maintain sustainable activity whole MRC.
